Looking for ways to stay motivated. 

for some reason a challenge always works me up and I guess I don't like to fail so I go full force into it but once the challenge is over its back to my old ways.  Hoping this time its different. Never been in a dietbet challenge but have been in diet challenges at work.  Need to do something not only to feel better health wise but also feel better in my own skin. Need to get my eating habits in order Im an emotional eater so with my stressful job I just eat everything in sight. Also need to make time to work out.
