I haven't been trying hard enough.  The scale shows a 2 pound loss, but honestly that's nothing and I know it.  The only thing I've really done is drink more water and cut back on soda.  I've still been eating thanksgiving leftovers, but those are gone now and it's time to get serious.  This week I plan to cut out sodas, get my eating plan set and go to the gym at least 5 times.  I can do this!  We can do this!
