So, about a week into this challenge and I haven't done very well.

I haven't gained any weight, which is great; but I haven't lost any either.

I work in retail, so the last week has been all about treading water to get through Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

 

I'm glad we're on the other side of that hellish day, but kind of disappointed in myself.

 

HOWEVER, since each day is a new day, I am embracing my new Fitbit!

I am excited to have my fitbit be a constant reminder to take that extra step or just go workout. Here's hoping for some prositive progress soon! :)

I will do better tomorrow, and the day after that.
