Well here we go, trying something different to keep me motivated & on track over Christmas... I'm finally officially 4kg under my pre baby weight & the lightest I've been in my adult memory... I'm feeling good but not great... I need to take more time for myself & focus on excerise as well as eating well- I know it's an excuse but I've been very busy over the last month (and still lost weight)... so it only proves to me I can do more if I just take a bit more effort & kick my butt into gear... I'm off to the gym this arvo for the first time in weeks so fingers crossed I don't pass out, lol!!
