Sunday -       Low carb day,   Optional - Eliiptical 45 minutes

Monday -       Low carb day,   Ballroom dancing (1.5 hours)

Tuesday -      High carb day,   Eliiptical 45 minutes, strength training (1 hour)

Wednesday - Low carb day,   Eliiptical 45 minutes

Thursday -     Low carb day,   Eliiptical 45 minutes
