I am a daily runner. However, last winter was unusually bitterly cold. I could not run as much last winter because of that. This winter is shaping up to be the same. Much colder than winters past. I joined this challenge to help me watch my food intake and not gain weight this month. If I am not running as is my habit I have to buckle down and watch my calories. I do not want to gain any weight. I do not care if I win this challenge. I do care if I gain weight. 

I am also a group ex instructor and a 200 hr certified yoga instructor.
