I've kept the weight off for a week now, but I kinda wish I had set a more ambitious goal. Even though 4% per month is reasonable, and I could do 4% next month again.  I think I would have preferred to lose 10% all in one big fitness push, then try to keep it there, rather than this little bit at a time.  Also I stopped trying during this past week or so.  I know that I've made the goal, and so I merely am maintaining, when I was happier while I was on a fitness kick of losing weight!  I've returned to my old routine for the holidays now:  exercising moderately about 5 times per week and eating what I feel like eating.     STarting Jan 1 again, I'll go back to the fitness focus and loose that next 10 pounds that has to go.   It's been great, guys.  Hope to see you again here or somewhere.  THANKS diet bet.
