It was about a year ago that I weighed in at my heaviest in my life (174.1lbs)  I am only 5'5" so 174lbs is a lot for me.  It was creating problems with my health so it was time to do something about it.  I started with Boot Camp classes and some changes in diet.  I also picked up running again and I have managed to get down to 159lbs and keep it off but my goal weight is still 145lbs.  If I am successful at dropping 10% by July 1, I will have finally reached my goal weight.  Here is to kicking some ass in the next 6 months!
