My goals for 2015 are simple in my 51st year of life. I am starting the 21 day challenge diet, doing the Black Women Losing Weight diet bet challenge and working on my financial issues. Let's make 2015 our year!!!!!

Sign in to CommentHi, I am with you on that one. When I turned 50, I lost 25 lbs for my birthday. I looked fabulous in my new cocktail dress for my birthday. I have gained 5 of the 25 lbs back, going back and forth. But this time I want to loose another 25 lbs. This challenge will help me because I seem to do better in competitions.
Hi! I feel the same way! I am turning 50 this summer and want to be under 200 lbs for the first time in my adult life! I think the last time I was under 200 was at the age of 15!I am currently 280 lbs and tired of my weight preventing me from having fun in life. I rarely go out with friends because I am always self conscious! Instead...I stay in and eat poorly! I need to change my life...and I am hoping this website will help :)
