I just joined the challenge and I'm ready to go. I hope this will get me motivated. I need to loose at least 30 lbs. I know this won't happen in the 30 days but will get me going for the year. What a great start. Thank you to the Powell's for this exciting start. I'm excited !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
