I had a cutie (orange) and a cup of coffee for breakfast.  I did add the cream but thought about whether or not I should.  One step at a time... I will not have sugar or grain to start with.  I will see how that goes and restructure my plans as I need to.

Lunch will be a salad with tuna from Subway

Dinner will be steamed fish and vegetables (I hope)

I haven't figured out when or how I will be excercising yet...
