So this is my first time doing a dietbet.  I had never herd of this before until my sister told me about it.  My husband and I are trying to have a healthier lifestyle.  We go to the gym and now trying to gt our diets under control.  Diet is a strong word to me or at least it use to be before I learned that you didn't need to be on a "diet" to have a healthy diet.  Your diet is what you eat every day not what you choose to do for a week or so.  Heres to a lifestyle change for 2015!
