I am excited to start the DietBet game with Lindsay :) I have gained 5 lbs back this past month so I am ready to lose it and then some. I can't wait to be back in the 160s!!! It's been a long time since I have seen those numbers.

My focus will be:

-walking, walking, walking!

- Eating right and NO SODA

- Not skipping my meds (for insulin resistance) 

- Yoga!
