2015!
Like every single year part of my resolution is to lose weight or to reach my goal weight. However every single year I get so close then BAM! give up as if my terrible eating habbits won't affect this weight.
This year, though, I AM DETERMINED to lose and maintain it, but not only that I am working on my relationship with food and fixing my eating habbits.
Like the majority, I LOVE food. All food that's the problem. I am like a goldfish I will eat until my stomache explodes...almost. I eat when I am full, I eat when I am not hungry and whats weird is I will eat something even if it doesn't taste that great. That is a problem I am determined to fix. And this is the year I am going to do that!
