I'm so excited to start this year right have a fitbit to keep records of my calories my sleep my exercise water etc...I have vowed this year I will get healthy...having a parent with fiber myalgia who is always in pain and not active shows me I need to really focus on my health, my happiness and stay active....I'm planning weekly meals getting all my foods prepped and ready for the new challenge...I started out losing weight last year went from a size 24 to a 16/18 depends on the clothes I really want to get down to my goal weight, firm the arms and most of all be healthy, stop the high blood pressure and the early onset of diabetes. ...I tend to put everyone ahead of myself including the job. It's time I take the time for myself to get healthy and also start putting myself first...it may sound selfish but if u can't take care of yourself you won't be there to care for others...but I'm looking forward to this game. Will this as another thing to keep me focused and on track
