I have to say my biggest struggle is eating ... way to much! I eat when im happy, sad, bored, worst of all when im not even hungry I will still eat. This month my goal is to really stick with my diet plan and logging in my food on myfitnesspal app, its going to be a daily struggle but its something I NEED to accomplish to get where I want to be.
