It's January 2 and I'm ready to make this the year of success with my health and fitness goals.  Every year (sometimes several times per year) I commit to getting healthier and losing weight. 

My goal is a BMI <25%.  I have  a long way to go, but one day at a time.  I can do this!!

My daughter is getting married in October, and I want to look and feel great for the wedding, and forever more.
