hey folks,

I'm lazy as f*** when it comes to cooking. You too? Go ahead :)
I completly cut bread, noodles, rice, potatoes,.... So what do I eat now? I did some experiments and ended up with some convenient recipes. I'm not doing a diet or whatsoever, my goal is to transform my whole eating habbits for a lifetime. Only once per week, I eat every garbage I want :D

With this approach I lost about 11 kg with no sport (starting with about 91kg), after loss of 6 kg I started dietbetting.

So just a quick presentation of some of my highspeed low/mid carb + high protein+ recipes:

Dish 1: Tomato-Beans-Meatballs

Pic Dish 1

Ingredients:

Pic Ingredients1

from left to right:

"mexican mix" --> mix of peas, pepper and corn
"pizza tomatos" --> chopped and peeled tomatos (with herbs)
"kidney beans" --> kidney beans :)
plus some onions, garlic and frozen fresh herbs (not on picture)

None of the mentioned ingredients contain any chemical additions, all pure natural. Pizza tomatos are actual my alltime favorite. You can also get it pure, or with herbs (used here), or with garlic, or with pepperoni, or..... You can use this guy for so many several dishes, it's incredible.

Also very important:

important

from left to right:

"whole pepper" --> do yourself a favor and get a pepper mill. Fresh grounded pepper tastes so much better. My mill costs only 2 EUR including the pepper, so no excuses refering to money issues :)
"crushed salt" --> in contrast to pepper: not much of a difference betweend this salt and your standard grounded salt
"cumin" --> words cannot describe how tasty cumin is. Use it, no questions asked! :)
"paprika" --> grounded paprika, nice if you like it

Optional Additions,  just a brief list of ideas:
fried ready-to-use meatballs or
fried spicy sausages or
fried ham or
grilled cheese or
fried whatever you like

PROS:

+ very very tasty
+ good carbs, average amount of protein, low fat (amount of protein/fat relates to your optional additions)
+ disgustingly short preparation time. Talk about 10 minutes. You literally need a hot pan, open the cans and put all ingredients together. Despite the optional additions, there is no cooking time, because none of the ingredients need to be cooked. Just warm it up. As a matter of fact, I let it cook for about 5 minutes to reduces the water of tomatos.
+ quite cheap, you pay about 2 EUR per serving
+ no chems, all natural (except the optional additions)
+ you can buy the ingredients in bulk since their expiration dates are years away (this is actually very important for me because my fridge is very small)
+ quite a lot of variations possible, just experiment

CONS:

- you produce a lot of garbage (cans), but at least they are recycable

Dish 2: lentil soup

Pic Dish 2

from left to right:
organic instant veggie soup without yeast or any other flavor enhancer
red lentils --> red lentils need only 10 minutes of cooking time

So here we go:
boil about 500 ml of water, insert organic soup and about 1 cup of lentils, wait 10 minutes, finished

add sausages or whatever

PROS

- see dish 1 :)
I have many other ideas, but I'm too lazy to post them all :D maybe next time
