Happy New Year!  Like most of the world, losing weight is one of my New Year's resolutions.  In all honesty, losing weight is not really the goal, its more just to be healthy and fit, but I need to lose weight to do that.  So enter 'Strong and Lean in 2015', a private facebook group a few of my friends are in, and invited me to join too.  In that group, Stephanie formed this challenge.  $15 to lose 4% of my body weight in 4 weeks.  If I do it, I split the pot with everyone else who also lose 4% of their weight.  Win Win as far as I can tell. 

So I need to weigh in, and take 'before' pics.  In 4 weeks, weigh in again, and take 'after' pics. 

Let the battle begin!!!
