Yesterday was a much needed rest day for me. I took it easy all round, went out with a friend of mine, had two rum and diets and shared in some nachos. It's nights like last night that remind me that it is also ok for me to take days off (in moderation), to enjoy occasional treats, and to see this process as a long term life change, not a three or four month quick fix. If this is going to be my new life style, then I need to find ways to work fun and treats into my every day living. 

I dropped another few ounces, so I don't feel too behind on the challenge. 

Today is back at the regular grind. I have a spin class, which should be interesting. And then I am doing a swim and a pilates work out. So it will be a good calorie burning day. I'll check in tonight to let you know how spin (ugh!) went! Mostly, I am looking forward to seeing Andrea :)
