I'll be 40 in February.  Being a 337 pound woman with no major health issues is beyond my belief, but people this is true.  I have elevated tryglercides and a hypothyroid problem as well as being lactose intolerent.  I didn't get the thyroid and lactose issue until I had my 2nd kid.  I'm so excited to start this journey.  I really needed to take care of myself now since I'm tipping the scale at 337 pounds.  Really people.  I don't feel like 337 pounds.  I have 2 jobs, full time mom, I volunteer in the community, soccer coach.  I run 5k mud runs annually.  I can do all obstacle courses at the mud runs with no issues under 1 1/2 hours which I feel is great.  I know I'm overweight and I see it in the mirror...maybe I never really thought I needed to lose weight because "I carry my weight well".  Well shit...I'm closer to 400 than my goal weight of 250.  I noticed recently when I pulled my achilles tendon playing soccer, it was time to lose the weight.  I'm so happy to have all of you to support me and I will do my best to support you.  And don't judge my toes...unfortunately I got my dad's ugly feet.  LMAO!
