Today was a good day. Got some solid work outs in, upped my game bike wise by taking a really motivating spin class and pumping out almost 40 km in 50 minutes! And capped the day off with my 21DF 'dirty 30' work out.

 

Food was a really good win for me today. I am really being more conscious about grazing and sneaking cheats from my kids foods, and kept my water intake nice and high all day.

 

Legs are sore. Bum is sore. Arms are sore.
