
I am a stay at home mom of two kids. A 6 year old and a 2 year old. After giving birth to my first child I gained a lot of weight. It took me about 2 years to get the motivation to do something about it. I went to the gym 5X a week and stuck with my cardio and strength training. After that the fat seemed to just melt off. The results had me extremely motivated. I continued to work out through my second pregnancy and found it easier to keep the weight off. The only challenging thing I found was maintaining a healthy diet. Especially with picky eaters. Now I am about 10lbs away from my goal weight and have just plateaued. Finding this website I hope will be my extra motivation to losing the extra weight. I really like the idea betting on myself to achieve my goals and possibly making some extra cash in the process.
