I have accepted the challege to kick start my healthy living journey! Time out for yo-yo dieting and quick fixes! I want to LEARN a NEW lifestyle - one that I can maintain long after the games are over.

By planning, focusing, preparing and doing - I will make this happen FOR ME!

So I plan to eat right - clean and lean, exercise, and journal.

With that being said - Im going to get on my workout shoes and 'RUN LIKE THE WIND (BULLSEYE)!!!
