I've done Diet Bet before but on another account and this is a new year and I actually have a close friend who has decided to join me on the weight loss journey! Yay! 

I absolutely need to lose this weight I've gained. Who knew after joining the military I'd gain the most weight, not the good kind, and get to my alltime low health-wise. My worst weight is now 162, imd you I'm 5'1. After diet and exercising I'm finally getting close back to the 40's but my real goal has ALWAYS been 120. I believe I'm at 152 but, when I weight in for the inital weigh in for this new Diet Bet I'll be joining, we shall see!!

The past few months I've been doing the 21 Day Fix diet and workout plan, and adding TurboFire HIIT workouts to them. Then after doing the 30 minute 21 Day Fix workout, then the Turbofire 25 minutes workout, I do some random pilates workouts and stretches on my mat. 

I'm going to stick to this but I especially need to start working on my running, pushups, and situps as my PT Test will be in March. I hope to pass with flying colors!! 

Anyways, I hate doing new years resolutions and whatnot, but I really need to lose this weight and stay motivated. For some reason my confidence is at its all time high even though I feel I look the worst I ever have lol Its confusing. But alas, I really need to study. Super excited tho...
