I had a pretty good day. I feel that I'm losing but I can't see it as of yet. My clothes feels loser. I've been running most for my cardio workouts, I'm doing the HIIT workouts once, but I would like to increase x 2 the 2nd week. As far as nutrition, I am taking in a lot of fruits and veggies via smoothies. I make a big batch for my hubby and I for the week. I am snacking on healthy foods like pear and almond butter, string cheese, carrots, hummus, and so forth. I feel energized, and I am very excited. I do get impatient and want to see results fast. But I know that it will take some time. I read some of the testimonials and they (real people) motivated me to keep trying and push myself harder. I look forward to a new day!
