It was a good work out day today, and not overly bad on the food front (though i did treat myself to a glass of red wine...) 20 km on the bike, plus a great upper body work out where I upped my weights to 10/8 lbs from 8/5lbs. Some major strides in terms of overall upper body stregnth- including starting to get those push ups on my toes!

Down oover 50% of my diet bet goal so far. Feeling pretty confident that if I stay the path, I will be successful in this month's challenge.
