Well....the issue I had been having over the past three months is the proper motivation. Currently I am deployed and plenty of good people send us care packages, with plenty of candy and sugery snacks!! That is my pitfall. On a 12 hours shift one begins to get the munchies an I do it a lot. Plus I am recovering from a torn calf that is on the mend but I cannot get as intense as I want in the cardio area. Despite these challenges of deployment, long hours, and rehab...I want to use this to kickstart my motivation. And lets be real...the $$$ is a brilliant way to get some motivation :-). Good luck to us all in this game.
