Well guys it hasnt been an easy road in my weight loss journey I have tried several times before to not only drop the weight but to also have a healthier/active life style.  I have had several set backs but that is only setting me up for a come back. It is a life style change and we all know change isnt easy but if there is a will there is a way. I have said several times "ok I got this i'm ready for change" but there is always that little devil on your shoulder thats saying "one bite wont hurt" or "it's ok it's just one cheat meal" well that one bite and one cheat meal has turned into  months of eating a bunch of junk. I dont only want to do this to be "skinny" cause i know that will never happen i dont want to be skinny i want to be HEALTHY.
