Well I went off track hard and fast!

I bragged how fantastic day one was for me only to be kicked in the @$$ by day two!  But craft beer and fried mac & cheese lured me in.  As it always does.

So here we are, part of the way through day three and I'm happy to be on track!  Eating is good, but I haven't had lunch yet.  Water intake is up.  And the water is the change I'm most committed to because I think it's a lot easier to add water every day than give up poutine!
