I have spent almost two years losing weight.  I have lost a total of 105 pounds.  I used a fitbit and used the online program to help me research food and diet information and keep track of what I ate and how much exercise I've done.  It really helped me focus.  I still have a few more to go.  I'm using this time to learn to manage my weight while losing the last pounds.   I hope this will show me tricks to lose a couple pounds when I put on a couple.  I'm really enjoying my new confidence.   Not worrying about who's watching me eat.  The hard part is when I speak to those who are still struggling to lose but haven't found the strength.  I don't want to add to their pain.

  I wish all a very successful venture.  Just enjoy every success, even if it's just one less bite.  It will all add up.
