I'm excited to start this challenge and feel confident about it!

I need to ultimately lose 20 pounds. I'm only 5' tall so I need to be as close to 100lbs as I can. After having two kids, my stomach is jacked. So that is my main focus area. I need to lose the extra fat there and tone up.  I'm currently at 138 which is way too much. 

My plan is to follow the 5:2 diet which is very successful. This diet requires you "fast" 2 days a week. It really is not fasting though, you are required to eat 500 calories. Most people drink water or tea on their fast days then have a 500 calorie meal for dinner. With this plan, expect to lost 1-1.5 lbs per week. 

In addition to the diet, I plan to do 30 mins cardio along with 30 mins of strength training 2-3 times a week. I don't want to overcommit on the exercise part because then I'll feel overwhelmed and will end up doing nothing.

Sounds good...now let's hope I can stick to it!
