Yesterday, I went out to celebrate a belated birthday dinner for my dear, sweet boyfriend. I skipped the alcohol and went with a simple grilled chicken burrito bowl. It was delicious!

 

Today, I had to travel for work and was so tempted by every fast food place I passed, but I resisted. Instead I had a very late lunch of the leftover french onion soup and rice that I had brought to work.

 

Small victories, but a start...Tonight's dinner is a creamy chicken, broccoli, and quinoa casserole.
