Day 5 --   Getting Lean in 2015 

   Today  I am ready to have Pizza Friday, however I did not.   I have explore more recipesto try.  I don't want to get bored with salads and chicken.

  My sugar went very low today and I had a small snickers bar which I can honestly say didn't taste the best  since I have not had any sugar in 5 days which I'm glad I didn't like it or I would have eaten more.

        I have to improve on meal planning and remember to take snacks to work so I don't get in the starve mode.

 

   Day-6 is a new day
