Hi....
So I find myself joining in! I could see no reason not to. I've never done anything like this before but it's my time to get fit. I have the knowledge I need to go forward but it will only happen if I take the time for myself.
Last January I was diagnosed with Hyprthyroidism and April with Hashimoto's. I know grain free, NDT and exercise is what is going to get me back on track for the rest of my life so why procrastinate further? I'm not going to, I've bet on myself and now all I have to do is continue on the journey I started last Monday.
