I have made a few healthy changes. I went to the store and bought a lot of produce, lean meats, and whole grains. Since I joined this game I have lost 3 lbs already. I have not cut out soda yet though... addictions are hard to break, but I am encouraged to see the scale go in the right direction! I am hoping to slowly ween myself off this week. 

I am signed up for a yoga body boot camp class on Monday! I am kind of scared of that one! I will try to be active for at least 1 hr per day but also hit the gym 3x a week for a more high intensity workout.

Looking ahead I see that my anniversary is coming up in two weeks (jan 17) and my birthday is Feb 10 so I have two celebration days that may try to trip me up. 

I have been eating salads, (the leafy kind) and a lot of eggs with vegetables. I bought some pb2 powder and some bananas to make smoothies since I like to eat something sweet in the morning.

 Today will be a bit difficult since I am taking two teens out to eat and their food of choice? Burgers and fries. My husband is also returning from out of town and he is my greatest supporter but also my greatest stumbling block when it comes to weight loss as he does not believe I need to do this. When I pick him up tonight he is going to want to grab fast food on the way home as often happens. 

I am going to be challenged to find healthy low calorie options today!
