Called yesterday a rest day instead of an active recovery day, and did NOTHING. It was a nice change, but I really missed the andrenaline high of a good work out. So today, i pushed myself through a swim, followed by a back to back run and bike. Hit my targets for both, and feeling pretty confident about my triathlon goals. 

Food wise, I'm slacking tonight. It's date night with the husband, and I am having pizza dammit! Dietbet be damned ;)
