Hey y'all! I am a plump Georgia Peach who is ready to lose weight! I just had a baby 3 months ago and I am so motivated! I am going to try to change my eating habbits by eating only vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and proteins like meats and eggs. Essentially, the paleo diet! I am also doing crossfit at least three times a week. I have been doing crossfit for over a year now and love it! I have found that I have to couple eating healthy with cardio to really see progress in my weight loss/fat loss. I have gained a lot of muscle with crossfit and I am happy with it but it is time to lose! I also have a goal to drink more than 64 fl oz of water every day. I wish you all luck in your endeavours!
