Feeling lots of body cues this morning to keep taking it easy for another day on my shins. So, I am going to do an hour swim, with drills, followed by upper body weights and pilates, and top off whatever steps I have left with a walk on the treadmill. That should cover my 500 cal goal, and keep me in full recovery mode for another 24 hours or so.
