This is it. I'm fed up with the tummy rolls, and the extra chins that are starting to appear. I really don't like weighing the same as my husband (who is 4 inches taller than me). Not to mention being a weight I only saw in my pregnancies. And that sin called vanity plays a role too: all those lovely clothes I want to wear, but just can't make look good on this body.

Breastfeeding was the best diet ever, but that option is out--no more babies for me! So what to do? It's pretty simple actually: Put down that craft beer... Put down the heavenly, freshly baked cinnamon rolls... Stop finishing the kids dinners, and sneaking gummy bears when no one is looking... Start working out more than once a week. Start moving. Start changing.
