For once I am sticking to eating better and trying to be more active.  I am only on the start of week two and I can feel the difernece already.  Drinking more water, watching what I eat, moving, and making better habbits for 2015 is my goal.  I want to feel and look good going into my 40's, set an example to my children.  I have never followed thru with anything as far as diet.  I am now actually having healthy BM's which I have always had a problem with constipation.  I know the constipation was from processed foods, way too much Diet Coke (at least 6 a day habbi) and lake of movement.
