This year no resolutions! But a new refocused on good habits! For health reasons here are my daily habits for my health:

- reduce salt intake

- 8 glasses of Water

- protein/green smoothie every morning

- take my vitamins/ meds daily

- track my progress everday

 

bonus: weekly goal 300 mins of excercise ( 1hr @ 5 days Week)
