I'm a little late to this DietBet, but I'm so happy I joined.

I'm currently on Day 13 of the Whole30.  And I know you aren't supposed to weigh yourself (which is why I didn't join the DietBet when it first started!) but...

Weighing myself today was actually a confidience booster.  Can't believe I just said that.

I started the Whole30 weighing 167 pounds and today I weighed in at 160.5!  So happy with a 6.5 pound loss in 13 days.  Eating real food does a body good!

 

Goals for this DietBet:

  • Stay motivated on Whole30!  The success I've seen so far has been due to meal prepping and mixing up my meals, so I'm going to keep that going :)
  • 10,000 Steps a Day!  (My Jawbone will keep me accountable!)
  • Workout (at least) once a day!  
  • Mix in strength training workouts!  (I've taken a month of crossfit since i'm moving, so I need to keep my muscle strength up so I don't embarass myself when I start at the new box!)
