Hit the gym last Thursday - did 15 min on eliptical and 40 min weights - lower body

Friday - 20 min eliptical and 40 min weights - upper body

Saturday - 20 min eliptical and 40 min weights - lower body

Sunday - 20 min eliptical and 45 min weights - upper body

Monday - 40 min eliptical

Tuesday - 45 min eliptical

Today is a rest day but if I get home in time to do a class at the gym I will.


Diet wise I just cutting back. This is not working lol...so trying Dr Oz plan and see if it curbs the hunger.

Anyone else get nauseated if they are hungry?  Not sure what to curb that feeling.
