Yesterday started badly-in looking at my Fitbit info from the day before, it now told me iwas 800 calories over my recommended intake -but my total calorie intake was 1500 calories and I had two sessions of exercise, one with a trainer doing weight training for 45 minutes and one doing Vinyasa style yoga.  I was upset, and hungry! 

I resolved to make sure that I stick to about 1200 calories a day but also track how much excercise i am getting and calculate my own allowed intake based on the exercise.  I also worked off my cranky pants by putting on my exercise pants and stepping 8000 on the elliptical-helped a lot!

I also have a second personal challenge-30 days of exercise in 30 days.  I have  plan and want to stick to it.  Weight training days alternating with cardio.
