I'm late logging my starting weight because I don't have a scale, and NONE of my neighbors have one that I can borrow. Oh well. I'll get a late start but that's okay. I'm motivated, eating better, drinking lots of water. Need to get to bed earlier so I don't have such rough mornings, or maybe even the energy to hit the gym at 6am. What a concept! Zoikes!

Sign in to CommentGrab a cheap scale at the store. You will use it multiple times and it will get you on your way! As far as your morning routine- drink at least a full glass of water the moment you wake up. You will be surprised how much it helps you get going.
