I  have to say through my life I haven't been the greatest at keeping logs and journals. 

I am going to work on changing that now in 2015!

I have a ways to get to my goal.

I have really let bad habits take over!

Time to take control. I have noticed that my weight fluctuates greatly with what is happening in my life.  Honestly, mostly centered around what my boyfriend status is until this new engagement.  With this relationship, I am finally noticing my weight, habits,  and day to day is all me. Took me 41 years to see this for myself. 

Amazing how I have know this but haven't been able to live it.

Time to rock N less rolls
