When I tell people that I'm trying to lose weight they look at me like I'm crazy.  I'm fit, do triathlons, and run marathons.  But what I want to do is lose weight to hit my ideal racing weight which is 155-160.  I'm doing my first ironman this year and want to get on the podium in my age group.  To do that I need to drop about 25 pounds because the lighter you are the faster you'll go.  So wish me luck.  I'm hoping to get down to around 170 before my next race (marathon in March).
