Well, I am on my predicted plateau- which will make week three (and the last 1 lbs I have to lose for the goal day) a challenge. My body works in cycles, so the nice thing is that I was able to predict that this was going to happen and was also able to get a full 3.5% of my 4% goal out of the way while I was in my 'losing' zone.
To get through this week's plateau (and to make sure it doesn't extend beyond a week, which can sometimes happen if I slack off too much), I need to be SUPER careful about what I eat. This week is going to need to be more about diet than it is about exercise unfortunately. I will still do my work outs, of course, but there won't be room for any extra little treats for the next seven days.
Diet is always the hard part for me- not because I eat too much, but because I eat too little. So this week, I am going to go back to the basics and carefully track where I am at food-wise so I can make wise choices as I round out the month.
No distinguishable change in measurements from week 2, except for a slight bloat that I can blame on the biological reality of being a female. :P
