I made it to day 4!!!  I can't believe it.  I'm even really happy with my progress.  Now to fix the thing that's lacking.  Exercise!

I have to start doing some kind of cardio every day.  I biked once and walked once this week.  I know I need to do this to continue to see results.  The week-ends are the hardest days for me to stick to any kind of diet. F riday night through Sunday there a thousand too many reasons to over do it with food.  If I can make it through the week-end then I can make it.
